About FountainBlue: One Conversation, One Executive, One Organization at a Time

FountainBlue’s vision is to foster leadership one conversation, one individual, one organization at a time. We stimulate empowering, collaborative, strategic leadership (what the ‘blue’ in our name represents) while focusing on shareholder needs and concrete results (what the ‘fountain’ in our name represents). To support our vision, we conduct monthly events for decision-makers in the valley, support a community for executives and entrepreneurs, provide results-oriented, strategic consulting for those in our community and are developing a fund for early-stage entrepreneurs in the high-tech, life science and clean energy industries.

FountainBlue Events: Convening Decision-Makers for Educational and Networking Events

FountainBlue creates and supports communities for women leaders and high tech, life science and clean energy entrepreneurs. Our free mailing lists for these groups feature weekly event recommendations, notes from our ongoing sessions, and communications between members. We also run and support five events a month to convene community members and others in-person:
  • A Clean Energy Entrepreneurs’ Forum held on the first Mondays of the month
  • A High Tech Entrepreneurs’ Forum held on the second Mondays of the month
  • A Life Science Entrepreneurs’ Forum held on the third Mondays of the month
  • A When She Speaks Women in Leadership Series held on the second Thursdays of the month
  • An Executives-in-Transition Event held on the third Thursdays of the month
Our programs feature engaging and experienced panelists and cover hot topics and their practical implications for decision-makers. Although our speakers think strategically, they are known and recognized for the actions they’ve taken, for the results they’ve created. It is our intent that FountainBlue events 1) foster deeper relationships between fellow professionals 2) stimulate critical thinking on leadership and business issues, and 3) provide practical tools and concepts which are readily applied to current business challenges.

FountainBlue Consulting: Integrating Strategy and Execution

At FountainBlue, we believe that leadership and innovation are critical elements of any successful venture. We therefore consult with and fund early-stage entrepreneurs in the high-tech, life science and clean energy industries, developing effective strategies in alignment with their personal and professional goals. More importantly, we work with our client companies to implement these strategies, balancing the need for a sharp focus on results and fluid monitoring of the needs of customers, markets and technologies.
