FountainBlue's Tech2Green
series was launched in May 2010 and is a members-only breakfast meeting for
technology professionals at various stages of exploring opportunities in clean
energy industries where they can apply their skills, relationships and
experience. Our monthly second Monday 8:30-10:30 a.m. breakfast meetings were
held in FountainBlue’s Palo Alto offices and feature successful entrepreneurs
and intrapreneurs speaking on how their company transitioned into the clean
energy sector, leveraging high-tech expertise in hardware, software,
semiconductor and aerospace. The audience is corporate executives in transition
and clean energy executives looking to network and learn. Our intention for the
series is to build and support an informed and connected community of key
stakeholders who would help grow the industry, supporting our members
specifically, as well as Silicon Valley, our country, and global community
overall. The series was sunsetted in June 2011.
