FountainBlue is pleased to offer our corporate
partners access to our weekend retreat program, designed to:
- Educate and connect new recruits and/or
young graduates;
- Reward top performers; and
- Groom the next generation of leaders.
These weekend retreats are designed for
10-40 people and take place from Fridays at around 5 p.m. until Sundays at
around noon in the Santa Cruz region. A typical agenda is below.

Saturday Breakfast, then Morning Activities,
which may include:
Educational programs about a new product or
tool, or a leadership skill;
Leadership talks around collaboration,
networking, entrepreneurship, etc.
Saturday afternoon activities, which may

all-expenses included costs for the program is $4-$7K, depending on the program
